Mr. D'Costa holds Masters degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University. He has cleared UGC NET and is currently pursuing PhD. He brings with him rich corporate experience and a decade's experience of teaching MBA students all across the country.
He is a Internationally Certified Coach from Results Coaching system (Accredited by ICF), Certified Trained Trainer, Certified administrator of the 16PF Instrument(Mafoi Randstad) and Certified administrator of OPQ32r Instrument (SHL).
Mr. D'Costa has successfully completed BLHP and ALHP Labs conducted by Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science, Curriculum graduate of the Landmark education and also a professional development program on mentoring and counselling.
He is trained in various soft skills, OB, MDP's and FDP's at IIM (A), IIM (I), XLRI, TISS and MDI to name a few and has undergone training programs conducted by top management gurus like Stephen Covey and others.
Mr. D'Costa has been successfully training employees of a number of companies in areas of behavioural sciences. He also conducts Teacher Development program for school/college Teachers. He has presented papers in international and national level conferences. He has years of experience in People Management, Training, Mentoring, Talent Development, Business Development and Client Relationship Management. Mr. Almeida holds Masters degrees in English Literature, Linguistics, Ecology and Environment, Philosophy and Religion, International Relations, Economics, Defence and Strategic Studies, Distance Education, Knowledge Management, all with first class.
He is two-times gold Medalist of Indira Gandhi National Open University. He is UGC NET in Defence Studies and currently pursuing research in India's nuclear policy. He has completed over eight diplomas and many certificate programs all with first class. He is a certified trainer from the British Council. He has presented papers in various national seminars and participated in conferences.
Mr. Almeida has studied Knowledge Management at IIM-Ahmadabad and IIM-Calcutta. He happens to be the Founder Director of EnglishFountain and KnowledgeFountain. He is a specialist in Knowledge Management Services.
Mr. Almeida has authored, edited and translated many books and special issues. He has been presenting Papers and international and national conferences. He regularly contributes articles to newspapers and periodicals. As a social commitment, he conducts career guidance sessions for the student community. He has been guiding students for over a decade.
