Softskils Personality Development Program is therefore designed to boost the confidence and competence among the learners. With mix a modules that comprises of practical, interactive and outdoor activities, this program enriches and exposes students to a host of skills and experience that they don't easily get anyplace else. Armed with these skills, students can then overcome their fear and step into their career with confidence and professional finesse. After all, a diamond can truly sparkle only after an expert has put his hands to work on a raw stone.

As 10 to 12 standard students are about to make higher education decisions, this course helps them identify their potential and get career clarity to make the right decision.
Additionally, we impart fundamental skills, help them build confidence, develop their personality and equip them with a positive mindset. Here, students learn success and survival skills that are almost never taught in academic syllabus.
